The material is heated, mixed, sheared, plasticized and compacted into a homogeneous melt. The long strips, following water or air cooling, are then granulated by a granulator to obtain plastic granules.

Their finishing process is carried out before heat treatment, and the deformation after heat treatment is not controlled, so their accuracy is not easy to control.
